Nomination of Mathew Shaver to Project CWC

On March 7, 2024, a proposal was made to the Steering Council to nominate Mathew Shaver to the Core Working Committee (CWC). The following information was provided in support of the nomination:

Nomination Content

Mathew Shaver expressed his understanding of the exploration involving new communities in the DAO space and the development of a DAO system that can benefit other communities and non-profits in more than one area. He expressed interest in communities and culture and enjoys working on DAOs and DAO tools. He proposed that the project should move forward by prototyping a first version within the working group, which can then be refined and improved via community and community proposals.

Community Facing Message

Mathew Shaver appreciates that Muellners Foundation is building a global community of researchers and that we can all explore Web3 together as a global community. He sees himself contributing to research, technical architecture, DAO structure, DAO tooling/functionality, any associated tokenomics, presentation, networking, and hands-on development.

The community was invited to discuss any relevant questions which Matthew could answer in support for this CWC nomination proposal. After a discussion period of three days, the nomination was approved and Mathew Shaver was welcomed to the CWC.
