War Crisis: Action Plan and Assistance Strategy
This document provides an overview of our ongoing efforts and strategies in response to the Ukraine crisis. It includes a briefing, an action plan, and discussions on how to further our assistance.

Action Plan
A CWC member of the program has done preliminary work in defining an action plan with UkraineCivilDAO. The action plan can be found here.

Discussions and Suggestions
Members currently discussed how to drive further consensus around how we want to enable assistance. Some suggestions include:
Making the Ukraine Civil DaO concept a subset of the already existing Governance System of the Foundation AI and using the system's Articles of association that power the Open Constitution AI network.
Using grants from the Foundation and tech companies supporting the Foundation’s humanitarian causes for tooling and onboarding civilians from Ukraine seeking refuge elsewhere, and allocating them member & beneficiary status with MF.
Organizing an open podcast on this issue, specifically bringing youth speakers from Ukraine to speak about the subject.
Moving Forward
We aim to move forward by focusing on the following primary areas:
Enabling Transport
Temporary Shelters
Food
Medical supply
Protective equipment
Members are also considering a tech solution involving a Nostr based supply chain that enables people in villages to have their own wallets in crypto so that donations can be traced.
