Summary of CWC Nomination and Initiatives

This document provides an overview of a recent nomination to the CWC under the Serenity initiative, as well as the ongoing projects under the Cynsar initiative in India

Understanding Serenity(Open Constitution network governance system was earlier named Serenity)

The nominee has recently started researching about the Serenity initiative and its functioning. This process involves direct communication with various members from the CWC. It is acknowledged that it may take some time to fully understand the initiative and to be able to suggest solutions to challenges or recommendations for its functioning.

Initiatives Under Fiscal Host, India

Several projects have been initiated under the Fiscal Host, India:

  1. Research on Climate Financing, Waste Management Ecosystem, and Incentives: This research work is focused on understanding the financial aspects of climate change, the ecosystem of waste management, and the incentives that can be used to promote better practices in these areas.

  2. DAO Community Building for Auroville Bioregion: This project involves building a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) community for the Auroville Bioregion. The potential scope of work for tech implementation is also being explored. This project is being carried out with local independent collaborators.

  3. Second Exchange: This involves consolidating documentation and wireframing a website for initiating design.

In addition to these projects, the nominee is also assisting in the management of resources and documentation.

Long Term Roadmap

The long-term plan involves prioritizing the above initiatives based on their alignment with Muellners. This will be followed by further defining the objectives, planning, resources, and timeline for each initiative.

Personal Note

The nominee expresses a mix of excitement and nervousness about the nomination and the ongoing projects. However, there is a strong confidence in the intention to make a positive impact.
